As long as you are a Teen (aged 12-21)
or Masters athlete (aged 35+) ofcourse ;-)
The best of the best athletes qualify to our in-person, two-day Finals in the Netherlands.

Each workout can be performed as often as you like, in random order

Log your best score & upload your video before the deadline
RX'd or SCALED
All Rx'd workouts are accompanied by a scaled version. Just register & pick your workout version during the Qualifiers. This set up allows more people to measure their performance against each other, for those who wanna play and get real competition vibes. It's all about our community!
Remember: we do not underestimate your age and fitness & neither should you!
