We motivate masters across the world to train & test your fitness. Athletes in this division must be at least 30 years old. And so far our oldest competitor was 76 years old. We don't underestimate your age and fitness! Neither should you ;-)

AGE CATEGORIES

An athlete’s competitive division will be assigned based on birthdate and gender. The athlete’s age as of December 31, 2026, will determine which division the athlete will compete in during the 2025-2026 season.
30 - 34 athletes born in 1996 - 1992
35 - 39 athletes born in 1991 - 1987
40 - 44 athletes born in 1986 - 1982
45 - 49 athletes born in 1981 - 1977
50 - 54 athletes born in 1976 - 1972
55 - 59 athletes born in 1971 - 1967
60 - 64 athletes born in 1966 - 1962
65+ athletes born in 1961 and earlier

RX'D DIVISIONS
2 DAY FINALS - 3/3 WORKOUTS
Athletes must be experienced and in good overall condition. They are also expected to perform almost every known movement, gymnastics, powerlifting, weightlifting or strongman, without gaps in their overall fitness. If you do have some gaps, then the Intermediate Division is yours.
Some examples of minimum requirements for this division include but are not restricted to:

Ring/Bar Muscle-Up, Double Unders, Toes-to-bar, Handstand Push-Up, Rope Climb;

Snatch 70/45 kg* (155/100 lbs), various good reps;

Clean & Jerk 90/65 kg* (195/145 lbs), various good reps;

Skill in performing multiple unbroken reps of any movement with dumbbells of 22.5/15 kg* (55/40 lbs).

* Weights & skills will be adjusted in order to match the Masters age groups.

INTERMEDIATE DIVISIONS
1 DAY FINALS - 3 WORKOUTS
Athletes in this division should have some experience in functional fitness competitions and an average fitness level. The Intermediate division is intended for athletes with a good command of basic movements in gymnastics, powerlifting and weightlifting, but with some gaps in their overall fitness, especially in very advanced movements or very heavy lifting. Overall, this is not a division for beginners.

Some examples of minimum requirements for this division include but are not restricted to:

Double Unders, small sets of Pull-ups or Toes-to-bar, Rope Climb;

Snatch 60/35 kg* (130/77 lbs), various good reps;
-
Clean & Jerk 80/55 kg* (175/120 lbs), various good reps;
-
Skill in performing multiple unbroken reps of any movement with dumbbells of 15/10 kg* (33/22 lbs).
