At the Masters & Teens Throwdown international athletes compete at the highest level, and our competition is thé place where different generations inspire each other. Masters athletes compete for the podium, and a new generation of young athletes finds their way to our "dancefloor".

We bring together both Masters and Teens in one shared Throwdown; a powerful dynamic! Whether you're 15 or 55 years old, grinding through the same workouts, and proving that hard work knows no age difference.

This is a high-level, heart-driven community experience, built for those who rise above.
MASTERS
We motivate Masters / age group athletes from all over the world to keep training and put their fitness to the test. Open to athletes aged 30 and up, with no upper limit: our oldest competitor so far was 76!
We don't underestimate your age and fitness. Neither should you. Choose your level, RX or Intermediate.
TEENS
We encourage Next Gen athletes to train, grow and discover their talent in a safe and fun environment. Correct movement standards always come first, so every athlete can compete safely under pressure.
New to competing? Our youngest age group offers scaled options, while the older age groups bring the full competition experience.
